UK PICKLEBALL ORGANISATION CIC (UKPO) is an independent Community Interest Company (CIC), limited by guarantee without share capital, officially registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17415558).
UKPO was founded with one clear purpose: to serve the community, not to generate private financial gain.
As a non-shareholding Community Interest Company, we have no shareholders and do not distribute profits as shareholder dividends. Any surplus generated, after legitimate operating expenses, is reinvested into our community objectives, including free pickleball sessions, coaching, equipment, youth development, cross-cultural community activities, social inclusion programmes and opportunities for those who may otherwise face barriers to participating in sport.
We believe that sport should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, nationality, ethnicity, cultural background, financial circumstances or ability. We are particularly committed to supporting children and young people, families, older adults, people with disabilities, individuals with learning disabilities, people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, newcomers to the UK, and underrepresented communities. Through pickleball, we aim to promote social inclusion, help young people build confidence, encourage friendship and mutual understanding across generations and cultures, and help newcomers feel welcomed and connected to their local communities.
Although initially based in Cambridgeshire, our name reflects our long-term vision to bring pickleball to more communities throughout the United Kingdom, working collaboratively with local clubs, coaches and community partners.
UKPO is a proud Full Court member of Pickleball England. We operate independently as a community-focused organisation and do not claim to be a National Governing Body or a representative of the four home nations.
We respect the roles of established pickleball governing bodies and share a common goal of encouraging wider participation in this wonderful sport.
To give back to the community through pickleball, create accessible opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds, promote social inclusion, and bring communities together through sport.

UK PICKLEBALL ORGANISATION CIC（UKPO）是一家在英格蘭及威爾斯正式註冊的獨立社區利益公司（Community Interest Company），採用無股份擔保有限公司（Limited by Guarantee）架構（公司編號：17415558）。
UKPO 的成立只有一個明確宗旨：服務社區，而非為創辦人、董事或個人謀取私人經濟利益。
本會沒有股東，亦不會以股東股息形式分派利潤。在支付合理及必要的營運開支後，所產生的盈餘將重新投入社區服務，包括免費匹克球體驗班、教學活動、運動器材、青少年發展、跨文化交流及社會共融計劃，以及協助因不同原因而缺乏運動機會的人士參與匹克球。
我們深信，運動不應受到年齡、國籍、種族、文化背景、經濟條件或身體能力所限制。我們尤其重視兒童及青少年、家庭、長者、殘疾人士、有學習障礙人士、不同種族及文化背景人士、新移民，以及其他較少機會參與體育活動的社群。我們希望透過匹克球促進社會共融，協助青少年建立自信，推動不同世代及族裔互相認識與交流，並為初到英國的新移民提供友善的平台，讓他們結識朋友、建立社區連繫，更容易融入當地生活。
UKPO 以 Cambridgeshire 為發展起點，本會名稱代表我們長遠希望將匹克球推廣至英國不同社區的願景，並透過與各地球會、教練及社區團體合作，讓更多人受惠。
UKPO 同時是 Pickleball England 的 Full Court Member。本會是一家獨立的社區組織，並非全國體育管治機構，亦不代表英國四個構成國家的匹克球組織。
我們尊重各匹克球管治機構的角色，並期望透過互相合作，讓這項運動得到更廣泛的推廣。
透過匹克球回饋社區，為不同年齡、種族及背景人士創造平等的參與機會，促進社會共融，讓運動成為連繫不同人士及社區的橋樑。
